Life has been difficult recently,
illness, death, tragedies seem to be all around.
I sometimes find myself asking
"why so much pain?"
It can feel cruel, and what hurts most,
is to see those I love with pain.
Though I may not have the words,
to change or explain what's occurred…
I can offer my hand and say,
"I'll stand with you as long as you need"
La vida ha sido difícil ultimamente,
enfermedades, muerte, tragedias están alrededor.
A veces me pregunto,
"¿por que tanto dolor?"
Se puede sentir cruel, y lo que duele mas,
es ver a los que amo con dolor.
Aunque no tengo palabras,
para cambiar o explicar lo que ocurrió…
Puedo ofrecer mi mano y decir,
"Me paro a tu lado
por el tiempo que necesites."
