I'm having a hard time,

finding my words, feeling my breath…

I'm almost numb.

It's easy to get busy and do other things,

but the memory of you taps my shoulder

and gets my undivided attention.

I can't believe this is real…

There was such a gentile, special side to you…

you had a quality people admired - 

you inspired by just being you.

I hope that's what people remember,

I hope your family knows how much you were loved,
